Zhangjiang Semiconductor Industry Park (ZSIP) is invested and built by Zhangjiang Semiconductor Industry Park Development Co., Ltd with the production of IC industry as its core. The vision of ZSIP is, with the well - equipped facilities, elegant environment and thoughtful services, to provide an international – standard, modern manufacturing and R & D base to the customers. ZSIP has 40#, 41# sites in all.

Site 40#
      Located at the entrance of Integrate Circuit Industry Base, the corner of Long Dong Avenue and Zhang Dong Road, site 40# is the office building for science and research. The area of Base is 42,961.8m2 and total construction area is 78,996.8m2 consisting of 3 R & D office buildings which include a 11 – storey building and two 6 – storey ones,.and one 2 – storey service center. The basement of the main building is designed for car parking area and facility storage room.

Function layout
      The 1st and 2nd floor of the buildings are the service center. With the ceiling at 5 m to 5.4 m, restaurants, banks, supermarket, post office and business center etc., could be found at the 1st floor. The ceiling of 2nd floors varies from 3.7m, 3.9m to 5m depending on the function usage. There are different sizes of meeting rooms, banquet halls located at the 2nd floor, among which the ceiling of the brand meeting room and the banquet hall are comfort designed above 6m. The upper floors and the main building of building A are leasing office units with the ceiling at 3.7m and 3.9m respectively. The basement, the ceiling of which is 4.0m and 3.9m, functions as the motor vehicle parking garage equipped with storeroom of pump, transformer substation and the system for generating set pump station,

Introduction of site 41# 
      The site 41# is located at the north of the Phase I of ZSIP. It’s rectangular andbounded by the Longdong Avenue in the north with a 10- meters- long green belt at south of the road, and the newly planned Dangui Road in the south. The length of site 41# is 231.7m from east to west and width is 189m from north to south. It will provide standard manufacturing research space for Integrate Circuit Industry and Semiconductor Electronic Industry.

The Site 41# standard buildings comprise four parts which present a symmetrical arrangement along the NS axial.. The 8 – storey building at north is equipped with a half underground car parking area. The ceiling of the 1st floor is 5m, and the 2nd to the upper floors is 4.2m. There are two 6 – storey buildings stand at south with the ceiling of 4.5m for the 1st floor and 3.9m for the uppers.

Overall layout
      The buildings are shaped as 3 yards through courtyard configuration. on one side of  Dan Gui Road, the entrance square formed by buildings on the east  as well as the west side and the entrance hall. is symmetric and sober. The buildings of site 41# are properly designed for adequate sunlight and elegant environment.
