The north of Phase III of ZSIP, “Elite Department”, is situated at Site 5 – 4， Block A, covering an area of approximately 45,000m2. It faces to Jin Qiu Road at north, next to Sheng Xia Road at east, and links Lv Jia Bang River at west. It includes 10 separate buildings at total area of 11,000m2. The west side of “elite department” is closely next to Lv Jia Bang area, where is going to be a serviced apartment with delicate decoration. The east side is planned to develop some full – decorated and small sized apartments. In the middle, it will stand out a short-term leasing serviced apartment at 80m high.which will be remarkable for its height and special location, where near the river and green belt. This 80m high serviced apartment will be a symbol that towering into the sky at the center of the landscape with a open view, river view in the north and green belt view in the south. Together with other lower departments, the striking skyline is formed due to the proper distribution of the builings. The iconic apartment of the project will adopt the advanced air-conditioning technique of sunshade radiation proof and air replacement. Other apartments will partly employ household central air conditioner along with other new environmental protection and energy saving technologies, highlighting science and technology as well as innovation.The “Elite department” is estimated to complete in May 2010.
