The east site of phase IV of ZSIP is situated at Site1 – 5, Block A of the Park. It is next to the Long Dong Avenue in the east and Dan Gui Road in the south, facing Phase II of ZSIP across the 45 metres wide ecological Lv Jia Bang River, and next to Phase I across Zhangdong Road in the east,, and in the west locates West Site of Phase IV.. The total area of this project is 4.584ha with the floor area of 105,771m2, consisting of the total ground building area of 81,195m2 and underground building area of 24,576m2.
      The project is planned as a multi – functional buildings with office, commercial, exhibition, sports etc. The project is ready to apply for the Platinum Attest of LEED Core & Shell Version, which is issued by American Green Construction Association to achieve the modern architectural concept of energy saving, environmental protection, simplicity and practicality. Once certified, it will be the leading model of environmentally friendly construction.at home. And the expected completion date of the project is December 2010.
