The project covers an area of 3.82ha with a total construction area of 85,212m2 (including dining area of about 14,013m2). With the Friendship River flowing through, Site 43# is bounded to the west of the Long Dong Avenue, the east to Phase I of ZSIP, north to  Phase II It is comprised of Building A, Building B and Building C. Building A and Building B both has 8 floors and the height are same as 40m. The Building A with a total construction area of 36,636m2 and Building B of 24,835m2. The construction height of 10 - storey Building C is 50m, covering 23741m2. The ceiling of the first floor is 5m and 4.5m for the rest. Every building provides catering, convenience shop, underground car parking garage with air defenses etc. Construction load of the 1st floor is 10kh; 6kn for the 2nd to the 5th floor and 4kn for the uppers. The construction of Site 43# is going to be completed at the end of 2009.
