The base of the project is located at the north part of Site 1 – 6, Block B of ZSIP. It is next to Sheng Jiang Road at west, Block B green belt and the north plot of Site 1 – 7 at east. The south side is used to be the Phase I of Microelectronics Research Institute of Peking University. and the north side is RFID industry site. 
        The project is the second phase of Peking University Project, located at Site 1-6, while the Project Phase I is comprised of the Teaching and Research Building of Peking University, which has been built and put into use, and the Laboratory Building of Peking University, which is under construction. There will be a underground garage with civil air defence under the center green belt between site 1 – 6 and 1 – 7. The construction area of the project is about 19,792m2 with land usage of R&D designing and commercial finance.and construction character of complex office building with building density below 30%, building height under 50 metres.The maximum of floor area ratio is 2.0, while the minimum of green space ratio is 35%. The project is expected to complete in November 2009.
